Furmanov Racing

Projects
We continue the "we weren’t asked, but we did" column. This time, having met Victor and tried his services on ourselves, we thought about the visual image of Furmanov Racing.
Victor is a longtime repatriate from Moldova, where he devoted himself to motorcycles and instilled a love of motocross in his sons. After arriving he founded Furmanov Racing — a motocross school and now he has also started a service center with a focus on KTM off-road models.
What we liked — Victor didn’t gave up when faced with an unconventional situation. It is easy to service a new motorcycle having a warehouse with all the parts you need. Another thing is an old vehicle that has changed many owners in a situation where the necessary parts are not available all over the country. This is where ingenuity and willingness to experiment comes in handy.
Now there is a logo, which unfortunately does not meet the basic technological requirements. We decided to rethink it.
The grapheme is the "R" letter, consisting of the "F" of the name and the smooth curves of the racetrack. The juicy color combination akin to a priority brand is applicable in all variations and the descriptor typed in style completes the composition.
A few mockups for review:
We hope that the work done will appeal and Furmanov Racing will get a fresh, modern face.
We will be happy to develop the image by developing both the basic kit: website, signage, letterheads and merchandise, as well as thinking of non-basic solutions such as stickers with the date of service, mileage and list of work done, as well as awards for competitions among small and adult apprentices.
